At Svetla Sun Pilates we offer a variety of classes that use different equipment to enhance your pilates experience. Whether you want to increase your flexibility, strengthen your core, correct your posture, or relieve your muscle tension, we have a class for you.

30 min. Express FIT subscription
Online Pilates classes are live, so you will get real-time feedback and correction from me. You will also be able to follow the demonstrations and cues easily. Plus, you will get a video recording of every class, so you can watch it again or catch up if you miss a session.
Smart Subscription - video classes

VIP Subscription - limited space
Pilates on Chairs is a programme specifically designed for those in recovery or with limited mobility. It is a fun, gently paced class with light stretches using a 9” soft ball and resistance band.
It is a challenging class that will improve muscle strength and physical endurance. My programme includes exercises to improve coordination, reflex time, balance and core strength, so that participants feel safer and stronger while doing their everyday activities.
Staying seated or standing with a support provides a unique opportunity for even frail seniors or those who aren’t flexible to exercise safely and increase their strength and flexibility, to feel taller, more energised and happier.
The ‘Pilates on Chairs’ zoom live class is an excellent way to connect people and give them structure and routine. It is a great support to those who want to stay encouraged and motivated to get the health benefits of these exercises.
